Are you tired of eating the same high-fiber cereal for breakfast every morning? Here’s an idea – make it into muffins!
My favorite bran muffin recipe has loads of fiber, fruit, calcium, vitamins and minerals, and about the same amount of calories as a bowl of cereal with milk. These big muffins are great to make on the weekend and eat for breakfast throughout a busy week, but they are so moist and yummy, you’ll want to eat them for dessert.
